hw_unlock

Name

hw_unlock — Releases a lock on an object.

Synopsis

bool hw_unlock(hw_link, object_id);
resource hw_link: Connection ID to Hyperwave server
int object_id: Object ID of object to unlock

Returns

TRUE on success; FALSE on failure

Description

To release a lock that has been placed on an object using hw_getandlock() , pass the object ID of the locked object and the connection ID to the server on which the object resides to hw_unlock() . This allows other users to access the object.
