Resource handle opened by dba_open() or dba_popen()
Returns
TRUE on success; FALSE on failure
Description
dba_insert() inserts new key-value pairs into a db
file. If the key-value pair is successfully inserted, the
function returns TRUE. If the key specified in the key argument already exists, the
operation fails and returns FALSE.
