Name

gzdeflate — Compresses the data using DEFLATE compression.

Synopsis

string gzdeflate(data[, level]); string data: A string of data int level (optional): Level of compression

Returns

A string of compressed data on success or FALSE on error

Description

Levels of compression range from 0, being no compression to 9, being maximum compression.
