sybase_select_db — Selects a database to query.
Synopsis
bool sybase_select_db
(database[, conn]);
string database: Database
name
int conn (optional):
Connection ID
Returns
TRUE on success, FALSE on failure
Description
Selects the default Sybase database on the Sybase server.
Instead of specifying the database to query each time,
the database is specified once and used throughout the
script. This function is used with sybase_query() . If the
optional connection ID is not specified, the database is
assumed to be the database specified on the current
connection ID.
