pg_trace

Name

pg_trace — Logs PostgreSQL debug output.

Synopsis

string pg_trace(file[, mode][, conn]);
int file: File name
string mode (optional): File mode
int conn (optional): Connection ID

Returns

TRUE on success; FALSE on error

Description

Enables debugging of the postgreSQL server to a file specified by file . By default, the mode is 'w', but the files could be opened for appending instead. See fopen() for file mode flags.
