string encoding: Encoding

Returns
TRUE on success; FALSE on error
Description
Sets the client encoding in the current database
connection. The client encoding is one of the following:
SQL_ASCII, EUC_CN, EUC_JP, EUC_KR, EUC_TW, UNICODE,
MULE_INTERNAL, LATINX (X=1...9), KOI8, WIN, ALT, SJIS,
BIG5, or WIN1250.
