Name

pg_fieldprtlen — Return printed field length

Synopsis

int pg_fieldprtlen(result, row, field);
int result: Result identifier
int row: Row number
string field: Field name

Returns

Print length or FALSE on error

Description

Returns the length of the value in the specified row and field on a result set. Thus, if a field contains the word "The," pg_fieldprtlen() would return the value 3.
