ora_exec

Name

ora_exec — Executes a parsed statement.

Synopsis

bool ora_exec(cursor);
resource cursor: Cursor handle

Returns

TRUE on success; FALSE on error

Description

Executes an Oracle statement. Prior to calling this function, a cursor must be opened using ora_open() . To parse and execute a statement and fetch the fiirst row simultaneously, use the ora_do() function.

Note

As of versions 3.0 and 4.0
