ora_columnname

Name

ora_columnname — Gets the name of an Oracle result column.

Synopsis

string ora_columnname(cursor, column); resource cursor: Cursor handle int column: Column number

Returns

Column name; FALSE on error

Description

Returns the type of field specified at the column number. As in any Oracle function in which column names are returned, the column names are returned in uppercase format. Column numbering starts at 0.

Note

As of versions 3.0 and 4.0
