int MCALconnection: An open MCAL connection
string src: Source calendar
string dest: Destination calendar

Description

Like mcal_create_calendar() and mcal_delete_calendar() , mcal_rename_calendar() is not yet implemented; you will have to manaually rename mstore calendars if you need to clean them up.
