ibase_closeDescriptionCloses a connection to an InterBase server. Connections opened using ibase_pconnect() (q.v.) will not close when you call this function. Connections opened using ibase_connect() are automatically closed when the script finishes, so it's not strictly necessary to use this function, although it is good programming practice. If link is omitted, this function assumes you meant the last connection opened. When the connection closes, the default transaction is committed if still open, and all the others are rolled back if you haven't handled them yourself. NoteAvailable in PHP 3 since 3.0.6, PHP 4
