ibase_blob_importDescriptionCreates a new BLOB, writes data into it from an open file handle, and then immediately closes it. Returns a BLOB identifier string suitable for inserting into the database. If you don't specify link , it is assumed to be the default transaction on the last opened database connection. Note that when you insert the newly created BLOB into the database, youmust use a parameter placeholder in your query and bind the return value of this function into it. (See the example.)
