hw_new_document

Name

hw_new_document — Creates a new Hyperwave document.

Synopsis

int hw_new_document(object_rec, content, size);
string object_rec: Object record for the new document
string content: Content for the new document
int size: Size in bytes of the content string

Returns

Document ID; FALSE on failure

Description

This function is used to create a new Hyperwave document from the object record given in object_rec and the data given in content . The document ID of the new document is returned. This document isn't inserted into the Hyperwave server yet; you must do this yourself later using hw_insertdocument() .

You must provide the content length of the new content in the size parameter.
