hw_inscoll — Inserts a new collection into the server
document hierarchy.

(hw_link, parent_id, object_array);
resource hw_link: Connection
ID to Hyperwave server
int parent_id: Object ID of
object under which to place the new collection
array object_array: Object
array describing the new collection
Returns
Object ID of the new collection; FALSE on error
Description
This function adds a new collection to the document
hierarchy as a child of the object identified by parent_id . The new collection's
object description is given as an array defined by object_array .
