hw_getparents

Name

hw_getparents — Returns an indexed array of the object IDs of the parents of an object.

Synopsis

array hw_getparents(hw_link, object_id); resource hw_link: Connection ID to Hyperwave server int object_id: Object ID of object to examine

Returns

Indexed array of object IDs; FALSE on error

Description

This function queries the server for the object IDs of the parents of the object specified in object_id . If the given object has no parents ( object_id is 0), the empty array is returned.
