Name
ftp_pasv — Sets passive mode on/off.
Synopsis

: FTP stream
: Passive mode setting (a true value for 'on', or a
false value for 'off')
Returns
TRUE on success or FALSE on error
Description
This function sends a "PASV" command to the server. If
passive mode is on, data connections are initiated by the
client, which is necessary with certain firewalls.
