Unable to select language pack

I uploaded all files to the remote site and checked file size for all files carefully. When I try to install phpdig, I get error:

Unable to select language pack.

Where can be the problem? I have everything up and running in my notebook (with apache+mysql) locally. My remote site uses freeBSD and I use window XP.

My site is up and running. I created the subdirectory name wrong. As a result, the en_language.php file can not be found, and the above error message is shown.

I recall in some place someone mention the maximum index time. Could it be increased? Could someone point me there? I need to index some big site (Intel, ...). It seems the indexing process be cut off.
