exclude after spidering

Hi I was wondering,

after I noticed some content in the search results belonging to the interface of the site I decided to exlcude that part, and was hoping that at the next spidering/index cycle this content would not be findable...

Is it correct to assume that after I have changed any include/exclude tags that it does not automaticly updates its index?

Do I need to delete the whole site and respider/index? Can/Should I delete the files in phpDig/text_content?

plz advice!

ps. the site is now live if you're interested, http://www.dekamervraag.org (in the netherlands)

Hi. If you added the exclude/include tags, then you would need to reindex, accounting for the default days before reindexing those pages is allowed. If wanted, you could start from scratch by deleting the site from the admin panel, which should also delete the files in the text_content directory.

I deleted it manually and reindexed... that did the trick... Then, just this morning I found that I made a typo mistake. Now it works fine...

<!-- phpdigExclude -->
and
<!-- phpDigExclude -->
or NOT the same...

thx
