Manipulating results
Thanks for all the assistance in getting phpdig up and running on our Windows box. I have spidered most of the sites I need to be spidered and have a batch file set to run to update on a regular basis. We have over 16,000 pages over 3.3 million index entries. Everyone is very happy with the performance.
Now for the big question. When entering something simple like tax forms in the search we get lots of results about judicial hearings, but nothing about the current year tax forms. Is there any way to use what we have to force some pages to rank higher in the search? Our search engine is currently running at the following URL: http://www.stlib.state.nm.us/phpdig/ Thanks, John |
