can I use PhpDig with files in utf-8 coding?

Hi. ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-2 are currently available. You can crawl pages with UTF-8 so long as the pages contain only ISO-8859-1 or ISO-8859-2. PhpDig does not currently support mutliple encodings. You can set the ISO encoding in the config.php file.
