Search results odd looking

So far I have managed to index around 120,000 web pages but when I do a few searches I get a few of the following types of results!
A few blank lines with no content and they don't have a redirect working, all they say is what is printed below

1. [100.00 %]
limit to

2. [100.00 %]
limit to

I have tried to clean the database, then tried phpadmin to anylize the databases link pages, excludes, includes.

Can anybody suggest a way of clearing these type of results out, almost every search has a few of them.

Many regards
