How do I change rankings in the search engine? Is there even a way to do this?

I want to rank the top page of a site. Like if someone searches for microsoft I want microsoft's page to come up first.

PhpDig does not have that type of specific ranking ability, but you could try changing the following settings in the config file.

define('APPEND_TITLE_META',false);       //append title and meta information to results

define('TITLE_WEIGHT',3);                //relative title weight: APPEND_TITLE_META needs to be true



define('NUMBER_OF_RESULTS_PER_SITE',-1);  //max number of results per site
