Adding index.shtml

Hi, The directory starting file names do not include index.shtml. Where would I modify PHP Dig to include index.shtml?

Hi. The code to edit is in this (http://www.phpdig.net/showthread.php?s=&postid=2141#post2141) post, but it should already include the shtml extension. What does "directory starting file names" mean?
