Clear List of Queries

Sorry, this is probably a question you get allot...

I want to Clear the list of Queries, but I don't know how. I tried deleting everything, I even deleted the phpdig search folder on the server..
I have no idea how PHP and mysql works...

If you want to clear the list of queries from the PhpDig statistics, go to phpMyAdmin and empty the logs table.
