"I don't want to index your sites!!!" - said PHPDig

Hello for all from Russia.
Problem: I install this Dig (all tables, CHMODs, other settings are OK).
I start to index web-sites -> insert into textarea URLs
On this layer all OK :)
BUT PHPDig add only 'links' to database, it doesn't wants to index this site.
I'm at one's wit's end. Help me, please.

What version of PhpDig are you using? How long do you let PhpDig run before checking the database content?
