xml_set_default_handler

Name

xml_set_default_handler — Sets the default handler for the specified XML parser.

Synopsis

int xml_set_default_handler(parserID, handler); resource parserID: Reference to a valid parser string handler: Function to be used as an event handler

Returns

TRUE on success; FALSE on error

Description

Handles data for all nodes that are not handled, such as version and DTD declaration, as well as comments. Setting the handler to FALSE or an empty string disables the handler. The function returns TRUE on success and FALSE if the parser is invalid or the handler was not set up.
