pspell_check

Name

pspell_check — Checks the spelling of a word.

Synopsis

bool pspell_check(dictid, word);
int dictid: Dictionary link ID
string word: Word to be checked

Returns

TRUE if spelling is recognized; FALSE otherwise

Description

This function returns TRUE if word is recognized as correct according to the dictionary associated with dictid . If word is not recognized, FALSE is returned.

Leading and trailing whitespace(s) are ignored. If you want to check the spelling of the word exactly as it's presented, use aspell_check_raw() .
