Name
posix_getgrnam — Returns an array of information
about a group identified by name (POSIX.1, 9.2.1).
Synopsis
array posix_getgrnam
(groupname);
string groupname: Name of
group to examine
Returns
An array of group information, or FALSE on error.
Description
This function returns information about the group named
in groupname from the system
group database and returns it in an array. This array is
a mixed array, with some string and some numeric indices.
The numerically-indexed elements will be a list of
members of the group, and the associative elements will
be:

name: The name of
the group.

gid: The numeric
group ID.

members: The number
of group members.
