Example 899. Roll back a transaction

if (!$db = @ora_logon("dev@ORCL","dev")) {
        $error = ora_error();
        printf("There was an error connecting. Error was: %s", $error);

// turn off automatic commit

// open a cursor
$curs = ora_open($db);

if (!@ora_parse($curs,"UPDATE phone_numbers SET phone_number='12345' WHERE email=''")) {
   echo "Error in parse. Error was :", ora_error($curs);
   // Error in query, so roll back the transaction
} else {
   // Query OK, so execute and commit the transaction
