ora_logoff

Name

ora_logoff — Closes an Oracle connection.

Synopsis

bool ora_logoff(conn);
resource conn: Connection handle

Returns

TRUE on success; FALSE on error

Description

Logs a user off from an Oracle database. The connection is automatically closed at the end of script execution, unless a connection has been opened using ora_plogon() . When an Oracle connection is closed, all outstanding transactions are automatically committed.

Note

As of versions 3.0 and 4.0
