Creates a persistent connection to a Microsoft SQL

connection has already been made and
mssql_pconnect() is called again, the current
connection ID is returned. mssql_pconnect()
doesn't terminate the current database once the script
has terminated, but keeps the connection open across
subsequent scripts until mssql_close() has been
called.
