(MCALconnection, alarm);
int MCALconnection: An open
MCAL connection
int alarm: The number of
minutes before the event for the alarm to go off
Returns
FALSE on error, otherwise NULL
Description
This function sets an alarm to go off alarm minutes before the start of the
stream's global event.
