hw_getremote — Returns the object ID of a remote
document.
Synopsis
int hw_getremote
(hw_link, object_id);
resource hw_link: Connection
ID to Hyperwave server
int object_id: Object ID of
the remote object to retrieve
Returns
Document ID on success; FALSE on failure
Description
This function is used to access a remote document via the
Hyperwave Gateway Interface (HGI). While HGI currently
offers access to HTTP and FTP documents as well as some
databases, many types of remote documents are more easily
accessed using PHP instead of going through HGI.
