hw_getchildcollobj

Name

hw_getchildcollobj — Returns an array of the object records of the collection children of an object.

Synopsis

array hw_getchildcollobj(hw_link, object_id);
resource hw_link: Connection ID to Hyperwave server
int object_id: Object ID of the parent object

Returns

Array of object records on success; FALSE on failure

Description

hw_getchildcolobj() queries the server for any collection children of a given object, returning their object records in an array. This function only finds children that are collections; for instance, child documents are not included. If the object identified by object_id has no children that are collections, an empty array is returned.
