int imagerectangle(image, start_x, start_y, end_x, end_y, color);
int image: Image
int start_x: Starting x
int start_y: Starting y
int end_x: Ending x
int end_y: Ending y
int color: Specified
TRUE on success; FALSE on error
Creates a rectangle with a border of the specified color.
The starting x and y coordinates represent the upper-left
corner of the rectangle; the ending x and y coordinates
represent the lower-left corner of the rectangle.
