xptr_new_context — Create new XPath context.

Synopsis

object xptr_new_context(document);
object document: A reference to a document object

Returns

An XPointer object on success or FALSE on error.

Description

Creates a new XPath context. Xpointer is derived from the XPath language, which allows it to address points and ranges as well as nodes. It can also be used for string matching and addressing URI references. For more information on XPointers goto http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xptr.
