cybercash_base64_encode

Name

cybercash_base64_encode — Encodes the specified string in base64 and returns it.

Synopsis

string cybercash_base64_encode(buffer);
string buffer: String to be encoded

Returns

An encoded string

Description

Used for Base64 encoding parts of the request message sent to Cybercash. This function does the same thing as, but is not an alias for, PHP's built-in base64_encode() function. For maximum portability, base64_encode() should be used for non-Cybercash applications.
