Spider Indexing and htaccess directories
Hi There, I am having difficulties indexing a secure area of my site that is password protected using .htaccess.
I input my list of URLs and click "Dig This" and I receive: Spidering in progress... [Stop spider] Optimizing tables... Indexing complete ! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Back] to admin interface. It seemed to skip all of the files. So I tried my main URL to test and receive: SITE : http://www.reliablecontrols.com/ Exclude paths : - support/dealers/ - support/customers/ - support/consultants/ 1:http://www.reliablecontrols.com/ (time : 00:00:01) No link in temporary table -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- links found : 1 http://www.reliablecontrols.com/ Optimizing tables... Indexing complete ! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Back] to admin interface. And now I see that the directories I am trying to index are being excluded. Does anyone know how I can remove these exclusions and get my pages indexed? I did this before just can remembered how I performed the operation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know your thoughts. Webmaster_K |
