Help!

I`m using PhpDig v.1.8.8. There is a bug in this version. Not allways page of search results is good. Often, it is blank. When it is blank, in the admin "last queries" these queries are marked as emptys. Please, help.
Here is an exact error message that appears on search results page:

Unable to check table. Check connection parameters.

How to fix it? Visitors are not glad to see it, and it appears very often.
There is another error message, that appears on the search results page. I haven`t writed it, I only know that it`s ending by "script".
Please, help!
