Database doubling

When I dig a web site I put in the address of say www.domain.co.nz and search to a level three which does quite well, but then another entry is marked up as http://domain.co.nz leaving out the www part.
So each time I add a site it doubles itself in the list of web sites mapped.
So has anybody got any clues?
Do you only have to enter http://domain.co.nz or should I enter it as http://www.domain.co.nz ?

The number of sites mapped seems to increase a lot?

Any advice or am I doing something wrong..

All the best everyone

Hi Dave,

Make sure you have this in config.php:
Code:
define('PHPDIG_IN_DOMAIN',false); //allows phpdig jump hosts in the same
                                             //domain. If the host is "www.mydomain.tld",
                                             //domain is "mydomain.tld"
