Question Use of FTP

Somebody can it light me.
I am creating a site and I am lodged at "FREE" perso. All my files and data bases MySQL are tested on my PC in XP with EasyPhp, and PhpDig functions perfectly and entirely satisfaction gives me. I do not understand well option ftp of phpDig, I will like to index my files on my PC and like the structure of my site on my PC and the same one as at "FREE" to transfer the data of indexing, because I do not think that I can make the indexing directly at "FREE" Thank you for your councils and your lighting.

Hmmm..

Hi Lynette, you may wish to find out if your free hosting provider allows or gives you access to MYSQL and PHP because some free hosting providers don't supply them.
Also some free hosting supplies don't allow outgoing connections from the host, so you may want to try and check this out.
