Indexing word doc's OK search through files don't work

Hello!

I have installed the phpdig successfull and I hope also the catdoc addon.

During the indexing prozess phpdig is finding the doc-files.
But after that it is not possible to search through the doc files.

Is there something I must attend for?

Here are my config.php properties.

//---------EXTERNAL TOOLS SETUP
// if set to true is_executable used - set to '0' if is_executable is undefined
define('USE_IS_EXECUTABLE_COMMAND','0'); //use is_executable for external binaries

// if set to true, full path to external binary required
define('PHPDIG_INDEX_MSWORD',true);
define('PHPDIG_PARSE_MSWORD','C://apache//Apache2//htdocs//catdoc');
define('PHPDIG_OPTION_MSWORD','-s 8859-1');

Thanks for your help.

Hi. What do you get when you run the following from command line?
Code:
C://apache//Apache2//htdocs//catdoc -s 8859-1 pick_a_file.doc

If I type that:

C://apache//Apache2//htdocs//catdoc -s 8859-1 1.doc

I get:
'catdoc' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If I type that on command line:
C://apache//Apache2//htdocs//catdoc//catdoc.exe -s 8859-1 1.doc

That works if the file 1.doc in the root of C:

Hi. You need to call the file, not the directory, like so:
PHP Code:
define('PHPDIG_PARSE_MSWORD','C://apache//Apache2//htdocs//catdoc//catdoc');
