Wink index.php

Hello All,

What i want to know is can phpdig using just a index.php in the root directory.

In other words instead of a link like....

http://www.domain.com/search.php

But have a link like....

http://www.domain.com/

or this...

http://www.domain.com/index.php

I do understand that you can change the phpdig directory where ever you want with the reletive path statment.

But what if i just want to just the domain name of the site.... Like in the attachment ???

and then edit the template.html to suit my needs.....

Any help would be apreciated...

regards

Talking

Hello all,

I think i found a temp solution but you can tell me if this would be a issue or not......

What i have done to get around this is basically duplicated and renamed the search.php to index.php and placed it into the root directory and it seem to have worked......

the only thing that i can see happening would be if the template needs changing the new clone index.php might have to be edited as well as the search.php or from what i understand the look is done by the template.html anyway....

But maybe you can tell me if this would be a issue or not....

regards
