Fetching results from remote CGI program?

I'd like to make PHPDig spider a URL that is really a CGI interface to a WAIS database.

If I enter a URL in a browser like:

http://some.place.com/cgi-bin/cgi.pl...123&PARM3=TEXT

I get the expected result back in the browser.

But trying to get the PHPDig spider to capture a similar result is failing.

Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible with PHPDig?

TIA.

Dave
