install error..im lost ?!?

i get this when i run admin/install.php my ohter php sites work.. btw why is it trying to call C:\php4\pear ?? my php folder is C:\php ...

im useing php 4.3.4 , MySql 4.0.14 and running Windows XP sp1 IIS 5.1

Hi. PhpDig is not able to include the necessary files. Perhaps try checking the include_path in your phpinfo and change if needed.
