hello, group doimain search

hello let see if i can explain my need's,

I want to have my index site goup so the search can be grouped by let said
group Domain
directorys dir.yahoo.com
directorys dir.google.com
database www.oracle.com
database www.mysql.com

so the user will chose the search like "commit explain" and in a check box select database, so the search will be done for the domains that are in database group.

Also i want to have a set of check boxes where there are diferent domains so user will choose those domains and the search wil be done of only the domains he choose
