disable_functions set_time_limit,chown,chgrp

Hello,

I have the last version of phpdig running on a premium pasck at www.amen.fr

They have disabled some functions :
dl, link, symlink, set_time_limit, chown, chgrp

So I have some troubles to run phpdig !!

Is somebody have solutions ?
