ok, I've found what was wrong: CHMOD settings.
But now it wan't index my page. it just says:
Exclude paths :
- cgi-bin/
- images/
- logs/
- mein-nicht-angezeigtes-verzeichnis/
- @ALL@
No link in temporary table
