How to do I put small form on home page
 

Sorry to ask such basic question and I saw that you've already answered it a few weeks ago but I didn't understand your answer. You (Charter) said to check out the form on this page ( and the link went to the phpdig.net. I assume you meant the Demo box on that page. I viewed source, copied and pasted it into a table call on my home page and nothing shows up.

I know you're frustrated with my basic question, but I'm frustrated too.
