Spider Error
This is my first post. I'm excited about the potential of using phpDig in a number of applications. Thanks for the hard work.
When I spider a page, the spidering session ends in a "Page Cannot be Displayed" error with this in the URL addy bar: http://www.mysite.com/phpdig/admin/spider.php Any clue why this is happening and how I can fix? Thanks, TradeMark |
Hi. Is this a 404 error? If not, it might be a timeout issue. What shows in your PHP error logs?
|
HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS) look in the middle of the "cannot display" site :D |
Hi. Thanks, but I'm not sure that mysite.com is really the site. ;)

Spider Error
I'm embarrassed to say that my webhost does't provide access to raw logs, so I don't know what the log says. I'd guess it is a timeout issue, though because the error occurs after the browser spins for a long time (>5 minutes).
Thanks, Rusty |
